 Felicita Glick Thomas brings award-winning expertise to San Diego's unique growing conditions. She holds a Permaculture Design Course Professional Certificate from Oregon State University, certified by the Permaculture Institute of North America (PINA), and was a winner of the PINA Permaculture Design Contest; a grant she invested directly into her own homestead.

Trained in Tropical Syntropic Farming through the Global Freedom Project, Felicita has been putting theory into practice in her own gardens since 2021. Her approach is a natural fit for Southern California: water-wise design, drought-resilient food systems, and year-round growing that makes the most of our Mediterranean climate. She believes family-scale syntropic gardens are a real, accessible way to grow your own food and she designs every San Diego landscape with that vision in mind.
